Choose your starting point.

Three science-backed paths, designed around female biology. Every protocol starts with a short intake — and gets fine-tuned as you progress.

Honest about fit.

Hormone work isn't for everyone. Here's how to know if a RESET WOMEN protocol is right for you — and when it's not.

This is for you if you…

  • Are 25+ and noticing changes in skin, sleep, mood, cycle, or libido
  • Want a doctor who reads your labs and adjusts to your phase of life
  • Are willing to track bloodwork quarterly and adjust based on data

This isn't for you if you…

  • Are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding (we'll wait with you)
  • Have an active hormone-sensitive cancer diagnosis
  • Are hoping a single peptide replaces sleep, nutrition, or strength training

What the data shows.

Outcomes from peer-reviewed work on the same medications and mechanisms our clinicians prescribe.

−42%
Reduction in hot flashes and night sweats reported within 8 weeks of bioidentical HRT
Improvement in sleep quality and morning energy by week 6 on properly dosed protocols
9 / 10
Patients report visible skin and hair improvements within the first 12 weeks

Three steps. No clinic visits.

Questions, answered honestly.

Do I need recent bloodwork?

Within the last 3 months is ideal — including a full female hormone panel (estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, free T, DHEA-S, TSH). If you don't have current labs, we order a comprehensive panel during the assessment — results return in 5–7 days.

Is bioidentical HRT safe?

Modern, individually-adjusted bioidentical HRT in symptomatic women without contraindications has a strong safety profile. Your doctor reviews family and personal history (breast, ovarian, clotting) before prescribing and monitors quarterly.

I'm still cycling — can I start now?

Yes. Many women in late 30s / early 40s benefit from cycle-phase-aware support (often progesterone in the luteal phase) before full HRT is needed. Your protocol is matched to where you are, not where the average woman is.

Can I take this if I'm on birth control?

Sometimes — depends on the formulation and your goals. Your doctor reviews your current contraception during the consult and either adjusts the protocol or recommends a transition plan.

What about weight gain on HRT?

Properly dosed bioidentical HRT typically improves body composition, not the opposite — by restoring sleep, insulin sensitivity, and lean mass. Weight changes that do occur are addressed with dose adjustment and (if relevant) our weight-loss protocols.

Does insurance cover any of this?

Medications are cash-pay. Some patients submit lab work to insurance for partial reimbursement. We deliberately price the program so insurance never gates your care.

What are the most common side effects?

Vary by protocol. HRT: occasional breast tenderness, spotting, or bloating in early adjustment — usually resolves within 2 cycles. PT-141: temporary flushing or nausea. Your doctor adjusts dose and timing based on what you report.

Can I switch protocols later?

Yes. Many patients start with RESET WOMEN — BHRT and graduate to Renew or Complete as life changes. All switches require doctor approval and a brief lab review.

What's required to start BHRT?

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy requires bloodwork and a prescription from a US-licensed doctor. Your panel and history are reviewed before any prescription is written, and you're monitored quarterly.
