Many of our medications require refrigeration. We use insulated packaging with phase-change cooling material to maintain temperature for up to 72 hours in transit. You'll receive tracking with estimated delivery so you can plan to receive the package.
Controlled substances (testosterone) require adult signature on delivery (Schedule III DEA requirement). Other medications may be left at your address per your preference.
We do not ship outside the US. Federal law prohibits export of compounded prescription medications.
Federal law prohibits returns of prescription medications. We replace damaged, compromised, or incorrectly shipped medications at no charge — contact support within 7 days of delivery.
