- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to your current period's medications and physician services.
2. Refunds
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first month.
- No refunds on prescription medications already shipped (federal law).
- No refunds for partial periods.
- Defective product replacements (not refunds).
3. Pause instead of cancel
- Up to 90 days pause available.
- Resumes automatically unless you cancel during pause.
4. Physician consultations
- Initial consultation free if no prescription.
- Consultation fee applies if prescribed and you cancel before fulfillment.
5. Subscription changes
- Upgrade anytime (prorated).
- Downgrade at next billing cycle.
- Change commitment length anytime.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks. We resolve most billing issues quickly. Chargebacks may result in account termination.
